Sub-contracts can also be meticulously managed as the software helps in tracking the supply of material and work allotted to various contractors along with their dates of completion. Technical Details
Bill of Materials: The BOM data from a softcopy supplied by tower designer can be stored in the database for a particular job directly from the file or can be entered manually.
Monitoring Sub-Contracts: The software is designed to monitor subcontracts in their totality including complete or partial supply of material to sub contractors
Controlled Work Order Preparation: The user is guided in the selection of sections and the allotment of work to various batches or groups.
Optimized Procurement: The tolerable  percentage of wastage can be specified by the user to use the material available in the store. He has an option either to use selected material from the store or procure the remaining.
Timely Alerts: Timely alerts are displayed to the user for procurement of material before the allotment of work to groups/batches or for sub-contract.
Tracking details of Suppliers, Clients, Contractors and Transporters: Separate sub modules enable the user to store/modify the details of clients, suppliers, contractors and transporters.
Automatic Billing and Payments:  Bills are generated automatically according to the terms  initially specified. Payment details are also maintained.
