          Project Information System allows the most versatile way to monitor & manage your Construction Projects. The Online PIS is having Monitoring, Vendor Management, RFI, File Manager, Information sharing, control of documents, agendas, meeting minutes, Consultants, Contractors and Client information modules.

 

          The monitoring module contains. Daily Progress, Field Records, Timely Alerts and Costing.

 

          The Vendor Management System facilitate the features like, Creation of Vendor Database, Vendor Rating by storing and analyzing his Previous Performance, Product/Service Information, Feedback, Remarks and Other Information.

 

          It’s the quickest, easiest and most economical way to prepare, send, receive, manage and monitor the activities in the construction Project using PIS. Using conventional method it’s time consuming, elaborate, redundant, unorganized, hence difficulty in tracking and difficulty in Decision-Making.

 

The File Manager facilitates to:–

Upload any file up to 10MB size at a time

Secured uploading of any type of file

Add any number of members in the team

Grant/Revoke access permissions

Upload any number of files in the space allotted

Auto e-mail notifications to members

Add/Delete Users

Upload / Download Files

Control member's permissions to download files,

Create / Delete Folders, Copy, Move or Delete Files

Message Lists

 

          The File Manager advantages - Sharing files between different offices, servers or scattered on local computers. Any number of directories or sub directories may be created. Upload / Download any file in any format like CAD drawings, Spreadsheets, Word-processor files, Image files etc.

 

          The documents can be controlled with in the Project by maintaining the Document No.s, revision No.s etc. from the document control register module.

 

          Agendas can be sent to the project members. Minutes of the meeting can be shared and can be discussed on line. Every activity in the project can be tracked and recorded in the PIS.

 

           Information regarding Clients, Consultants, and Contractors etc. can be stored and used whenever there’s a need
